These Terms of Service govern your use of InvoicePro and BizHQ. By creating an account or using the apps, you agree to these terms. We've written them plainly so you know exactly what you're agreeing to.
By accessing or using InvoicePro or BizHQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
InvoicePro provides mobile invoicing with payment links, client management, receipts, and reminders. BizHQ provides a broader business assistant including clients, proposals, contracts, documents, and an AI assistant. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Please notify us right away if you believe your account has been compromised.
You agree to use the service lawfully and not to misuse it — including no fraudulent invoicing, no sending of unlawful content, and no attempts to disrupt or compromise the service or other users.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time from your account settings, and your plan will remain active through the end of the current billing period. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.
Your business data is yours. We store and process it to provide the service, but we do not claim ownership of your clients, invoices, proposals, contracts, or documents.
The AI assistant is a helpful tool, not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or tax advice. Please review AI-generated content before relying on it or sending it to clients.
Contracts signed electronically through the service (via BoldSign) are intended to be legally binding where electronic signatures are recognized. You are responsible for ensuring your use of e-signatures complies with the laws that apply to you.
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
You may cancel your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
