This Privacy Policy explains how InvoicePro and BizHQ ("we," "our," or "us") collect, use, and protect your information when you use our apps and website. We keep this in plain language, because you deserve to actually understand it.
We collect information you provide directly when you create an account and use the app, including your name, email address, business details, and the client, invoice, proposal, contract, and document information you enter. We also collect basic usage information to keep the app running smoothly.
We use your information to provide the service — creating and sending invoices, managing clients, generating proposals and contracts, processing payments, sending reminders and receipts, and powering the AI assistant. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

If a business owner enables it for a specific invoice, InvoicePro sends that invoice's client a single transactional SMS confirming their payment was received, using Twilio. This SMS program is opt-in only, transactional, and is never used for marketing.
No mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information is shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency is low — typically one message per completed payment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any InvoicePro text to opt out, or HELP for help.
When you use the AI assistant, the relevant business information needed to answer your request is processed to generate a response. This is used only to serve your request — not to train outside models on your private business data.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
You can access, update, or delete your information at any time from within the app. If you need help, contact us and we will assist you.
